EL CAPSÓ - The Community of Owners

The El Capsó urbanisation is subject to the Spanish law of Horizontal Division (Ley de Propiedad Horizontal) and was formally registered as an Entidad de Conservación (effectively, a Community of Owners) on 30th March 1988 which applies to all owners, whether they are resident or non-resident. The urbanisation has a set of statutes which govern its running together with individual owners' rights in accordance with the above law. Please note that, should any owner  wish to speak to the Town Hall on any matter relating to the El Capsó urbanisation as a whole (e.g. roads, drainage, basura etc.), this can only be done through the president of the urbanisation and not by individual representation.
